We Are Hiring: EMTs (Emergency Medical Technicians) & Paramedics

About the Opportunity:

Whether you’re an EMT or a Paramedic, your role is essential in providing timely, lifesaving interventions and safe patient transport.  assess patient conditions, administer appropriate care, and ensure continuity of medical support en route to healthcare facilities.

Both EMTs and Paramedics are vital to the success of our operations—Paramedics bring advanced life support skills and clinical decision-making, while EMTs provide critical support in stabilizing and transporting patients. If you’re calm under pressure, compassionate, and team-oriented, we want you on our crew.

What You Need to Succeed (EMTs & Paramedics):

  • Illinois Licensure as either EMT-Basic or Paramedic (Required)

  • Minimum age of 18 years

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

  • Ability to safely lift, push, or pull at least 150+ lbs.

  • Current CPR card

  • Consent to a criminal background check

  • Availability for up to a 3-day orientation class

  • Ability to pass Region XI CNEMS System Entry process

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PHTLS or ITLS Certification

  • National Registry Certification (EMT or Paramedic)
